Dr Aanya and the team at Vets on Balwyn were absolutely amazing when Gary was really sick. From the moment we arrived, I felt like he was in the best hands. They not only took such great care of him, but they also called me the next morning to check how he was doing. And then, a week later, they sent me the loveliest postcard wishing Gary a healthy and speedy recovery. 🥹❤️ Who does that?! These guys! 🤩🤩 It’s those little extra touches that make such a difference. I genuinely feel so happy, supported, and confident knowing Gary is in their hands. Thank you, Dr Aanya and the whole team, for going above and beyond. A wonderful first experience with our new puppy. The team were caring, professional, and gentle during his vaccinations and worming. They took the time to teach our children how to safely interact with and care for him, and provided plenty of helpful advice for first-time puppy owners. Recently visited for both of my dogs Rosie and Fergus. Rosie unfortunately had an incident with a stick and was looked after by the Vicky and the team. They were so lovely and took Rosie in to care for her despite being fully booked. Rosie has recovered so well thanks to the amazing team.
