- The insurance company will deposit the covered amount into your designated bank account.

- Share your pet’s insurance policy details with us (only necessary for the initial visit).
- Inform our team upon check-in that you wish to pay via GapOnly for today’s appointment.
- After your visit, await submission of your pet’s claim by our team.
- Within 10 minutes, your insurance provider will notify us of the benefit being paid.
- You will then only need to pay the gap amount for your pet’s visit.
